Raw Food Challenge: Mid-Way Demo!

"There is still time to sign up for the Raw Challenge. This Saturday, July 21st at ten a.m. we have our "Midway" Workshop of the Raw Challenge , which will be held in the Community Room, Second Floor at Kimberton Whole Foods, Kimberton, PA. We will be making raw sauerkraut so bring a wide mouth pint or quart jar along with cheese cloth , rubberband and canning lid/ring. Please sign up on Kimberton Whole Foods web site if you will be joining the challenge and rsvp me as well so we know how many to prepare for.
