We are honored to have Aldo Magazzeni partnering with us for a fundraiser for Traveling Mercies. He is a local man that has helped improve the quality of life of people all over the world. Aldo’s personal approach to his work promotes peace and understanding.
He coordinates valuable projects in a cost-efficient way. He builds wells, sewer systems, shelter, and provides support and care for those in need
. Aldo takes on projects that large corporations will not or cannot handle.
He believes that human equality is most important and can only be achieved through compassion, love and sharing our life experiences. He not only empowers people with knowledge, but also with confidence and a sense that people are generally wonderful.
We hope that you have seen samples of his incredible photography in our stores. His photographs feature some of the people he has helped so far.
In December and January, Aldo Magazzeni personally hosted several talks at 3 Kimberton Whole Foods locations to share future planned projects and photographs taken during his humanitarian missions. These were wonderful community events.
The fundraiser will help Aldo in his future projects in Afghanistan, Kenya, and Mexico.
KWF is matching all donations until 1/31/10. All funds go directly to the cause.
