Keswick Creamery, one of our periennally favorite local sustainable creameries, will be demoing this Saturday the 27th from 12-330 at the Kimberton Store.

Cheesemaker Melanie Dietrich Cochran will be on hand to dish out two of our favorites in the case - spicy Dragon's Breath and buttery Wallaby. Also featured will be a limited supply of Vermeer, their syle whose flavour falls somewhere between emmentaler and classic gouda.

Perhaps most spectacularly, we will be introducing their lovely rich pudding, a favorite at their Farmer's Markets! I must confess to having no love for pudding until I tried theirs. It is a combination of their high-fat heritage Jersey milk with fair trade cocoa and a hint of vanilla and organic sugar. Fresh from the milking parlour just yards away, this simple marriage of classic flavors simmers for hours until perfect pudding goodness is achieved.
