Tara received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she will help clients  create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their  unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
She is  a busy mom of three who has overcome a medical condition by changing her food and lifestyle choices! She knows how hard it can be to find "balance" in your life when you are running kids around to different activities, making healthy meals , and trying to get it "all” done!
