DIY Essential Oil Recipes

Essential oils are extracted through the leaves, stems, flowers, bark, roots, or other elements of a plant and careful steam distillation, resin tapping, and cold pressing. You can access the power of essential oils many ways, but the most common practices include aromatic diffusion and topical application. These methods bring the pure essence of health-promoting botanicals to your home, family, and life.

From the decongestant and antiseptic properties of eucalyptus oil to the soothing qualities of peppermint oil, discover the benefits of essential oils. We’ve rounded up our favorite quick recipes for do-it-yourself body, hair and home care remedies.
