To inspire positive change in the community, Oakbrook Youth Foundation provides resources and opportunities in the areas of education, sports, financial literacy, and the arts. These programs give youth the proper tools needed to become successful citizens that will eventually give back to their communities. By hosting quarterly community events, they raise funds to help families and provide children with things they need like school supplies, sports equipment, and more. It is their goal to one day be able to help more than the children of the Oakbrook Housing Projects, but to become a beacon of hope for all the youth in the City of Reading.
