Every week, our Real Meals offer you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is a light French Supper: Quiche with Dijon Green Beans and Potatoes. You can have it on your table in just 4 steps!
- Warm quiche in a toaster oven or conventional oven, if desired.
- Steam or boil green beans and potatoes until tender.
- In a jar or bowl, combine minced garlic, dijon mustard, a splash of apple cider vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. While beans and potatoes are still warm, toss them with the vinaigrette, to taste.
- Serve quiche with the warm green beans and potatoes. Optional: top with freshly chopped parsley.
