Ordering FAQs
How do I edit my order?
In your email confirmation you’ll find a link to your order. Simply follow the link to make modifications. Remember to select “Place Order” once this is complete. You will receive another order confirmation email and text (if you’ve opted for texts).
I need to cancel my order, what’s next?
Call your local store and provide the first and last name the order was placed under, along with the email address associated with the order.
Pre-orders are closed and I need to modify my order.
Once pre-orders close on 3/31, your order has been sent off to our kitchen so that they can begin preparing your Easter meal. You won’t be able to make adjustments using the link in your confirmation email any longer, so please call your local store and speak with a team member.
Can I pick up my order curbside?
Yes, we have two options.
Online shopping customers may pick up their pre-order along with their curbside grocery pickup by including a note in the Order Instructions field when checking out online. This will inform us that you are planning to pick them up together. Be as specific as possible about your order and mention the name it was placed under.
Just picking up your Easter ham, sides, and pies and want to get them curbside? No problem! Give us a call before you arrive at your local Kimberton Whole Foods, and we’ll instruct you on where to pull up and wait for your order. Credit card payments only.
