- Sustainable agriculture and organic food systems
- Environment and conservation
- Community services, including fire companies, schools, and libraries
- Basic human needs, including food security, housing, and social services

In-kind Donation Requests
We support community events and fundraisers through in-kind (non-monetary) donations, like food, beverages, raffle prizes, and gift cards. We do not offer catering services.
To be considered as a recipient, organizations should:
- Have a measurable impact on the local community (defined as within 50 miles of one of our stores)
- Be a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and provide their 501(c)3 number
- Apply at least six weeks prior to your event or fundraiser
- Be prepared to pick up their donation at a Kimberton Whole Foods location
- Not have received a donation or sponsorship from Kimberton Whole Foods in the past 6 months
Sponsorship Requests
In fairness to the many organizations who reach out with sponsorship opportunities, we prefer to provide support through in-kind donations. Kimberton Whole Foods sponsors limited events that directly relate to our commitment to sustainability and agriculture on a case-by-case basis. If youβre hosting an event, please share both your in-kind and sponsorship support needs when filling out our Donation & Sponsorship Form.

Rounding Up at the Register
Rounding Up at the Register is our main non-profit partnership program, supporting 84 organizations every year across our 7 locations. This program gives Kimberton Whole Foods shoppers the opportunity to donate their change to hyper-local non-profits, plus Kimberton Whole Foods matches all donations, with 100% of the proceeds going to each locationβs monthly recipient.
Learn more about the program and our application process here. We kindly ask that you not submit a Donation & Sponsorship Form sharing your interest in this program.
