Daily Bread Food Pantry

The Daily Bread Community Food Pantry is the fourth largest food pantry in Montgomery County, serving approximately 300 families or 1,200 individuals each month. The pantry aims to provide products not covered by Food Stamps that hit hard at family food shopping budgets, like toilet paper and hygiene supplies. The pantry also provides food for special populations including diabetic and gluten-free, food for beloved family pets, and special packages for new mothers or guardians.

Laney’s Legacy of Hope

Laney’s Legacy of Hope is a nonprofit inspired by the life of Delaney “Laney” Brown, who succumbed to a rare form of Acute Myeloid Leukemia at the age of eight. Their mission  is to engage in fundraising activities to provide assistance to support research projects and treatment options for pediatric high risk cancer patients with the goal of finding cures and means of prevention. They provide assistance to children and their families who are stricken with high risk pediatric cancer.

Lord’s Pantry

The Lord’s Pantry of Downingtown has been in operation for over 50 years and is a non-profit, 501(c)(3). Since its inception, the Lord’s Pantry has been, and remains 100% volunteer. They currently serve 700 registered families an eight to nine day supply of food which includes non-perishables, meat selections, fresh vegetables and dairy products. They also aim to provide paper products and personal care items to those they serve.

The House

Phoenixville Women’s Outreach assists homeless women by providing resources and basic living tools to break the cycle of dependence and poverty.  It’s main program, “The House”, provides transitional housing and support programs so these women can rebuild their lives and achieve self‐sufficiency.   The House is a place where women can heal, find employment, restore financial stability, and secure permanent housing upon leaving the program.

People’s Pantry

The People’s Pantry at Church Road, in Frazer, PA, is a place where residents can come for food and clothing to get them through a rough period in their lives. All items available are the result of donations from the community. Special programs include School Supplies, Christmas gifts and holiday meals. Anyone in the Great Valley School District and zip code 19355 who needs assistance can shop.

The Lord’s Pantry

The Lord’s Pantry, located at St. John the Baptist Parish in Ottsville, PA,  serves low-income families in their community. They’re supported by the Bucks County Opportunity Council, Philabundance, and through the good will of hundreds of caring individuals, various faith communities, businesses and schools.
