Since 1946, they’ve been dedicated to manufacturing fermented food products, mainly soy based sauces, which are essential to Korean cuisine. Learn more about how to use traditional Gochujang in your favorite dishes. It’s made from carefully selected sun-dried red peppers, for a rich and pleasantly spicy flavor.
