What you’ll need
- 2 tsp Spice Mix (recipe below)
- 1 oz Wild Creek raw honey
- 3 oz hot water
- 1 ¼ cups coconut milk
- 1 ¼ cups almond milk
- 1/8 cup ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Blend dry spices well with small whisk, store in an airtight container.
Dissolve 2 tsp spice mix in the honey and hot water. Add mixture, along with coconut and almond milk, to a small sauce pot over medium heat. Warm, stirring constantly, until steaming-hot but not boiling. Pour into mugs and serve. Sprinkle with a dash of turmeric, if desired.
