Need something quick to bring to your next holiday gathering? You can put together this simple Baked Brie with Pecans and Honey in under 20 minutes. Serve with toasted baguette and crackers, and garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary, if you like!
What You’ll Need
- 1 8oz wheel of double creme brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped candied or raw pecans – find them in our bulk department
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Score the top rind of the brie with a knife, in a crosshatch pattern. Place brie on a parchment lined baking sheet, pie plate or casserole dish. Bake for 5–10 minutes, or until soft.
Remove brie from oven and top with pecans. Drizzle with honey. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
