Kimberton Whole Foods is proud to offer our very own brand of premium extra virgin olive oils and specialty vinegars. We partnered with a family-owned importer based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, that specializes in private label bottling for specialty markets. They work directly with quality-minded producers in Spain, Portugal, and Italy to source the freshest, sustainably-grown oils and vinegars.


White Truffle Olive Oil

Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil base gives this pleasantly fragrant oil a spectacularly clean flavor with true-to-truffle aromas throughout. Captures the delicate, sweet, garlicky, and mushroom aromas of a freshly foraged truffle. Perfect as a finishing oil or a salad dressing.

Lemon Olive Oil

Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with the fresh oil and natural aromas of Italian lemon. The clean body and perfect condition of oil extracted from fresh Italian lemons create an exceptionally versatile olive oil that works beautifully on fresh pasta, grilled fish, roasted vegetables, and salads.

Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made using the first cold extraction of green olive fruit grown in Spain and Portugal. This variety has a floral aroma with notes of green apple and ripe almonds. It has a creamy, buttery texture with tasting notes of tropical fruits and berries. Best used for grilled vegetables, salad dressings, grilled chicken and a replacement for butter when baking. With a smoke point of 405°F, it’s a great option for frying and sautéing.

Spanish Estate Selection

A premium green Olio Nuovo extra virgin olive oil, made early in the season. It’s made in small batches at a family farm in Jaen, Spain. Winner of the 2018 and 2022 New York Olive Oil Competition. It has a grassy, herbaceous aroma with a peppery, medium-intensity flavor. Best used as a finishing oil for grilled vegetables, caprese salad, gazpacho, chicken, steak, or seafood.

Garlic Olive Oil

Made with Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil and natural garlic flavor. Use for sautéing and finishing when you don’t have time to peel and dice garlic. Mild flavored with a medium fruitiness. Try whisking with Vecchio Balsamic Vinegar for a quick and flavorful salad dressing.

Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar

A barrel-aged Pinot Grigio white wine vinegar creates deep and luscious flavors. Tart, bright, and tangy, this true-to-fruit raspberry flavor makes the ideal complement to your dishes year-round.

Barrel Aged Sherry Vinegar

Palomino grapes are aged in a series of oak barrels called criaderas resulting in a distinctive vinegar with a smoky, deep, rich flavor, that will improve any recipe that calls for sherry vinegar’s unique presence.  This vinegar comes from a 40-year-old mother with 7% acidity

Vecchio Balsamic Vinegar

This barrel aged vinegar is a perfect balance of sweet and sour. It’s rich, velvety, and thick with notes of cherries, plums, and caramel. Use as a finish on cheese plates, in salad dressings and marinades. Imported from Modena, Italy.

Sorrento Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

Sweet and sour Sorrento lemons add a citrusy bouquet of flavors and bright acidity. Try drizzling over fruit, in a salad dressing, or as a cocktail mixer. Imported from Modena, Italy.
