Real Meals: Avocado Chicken Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread chips in an even layer.
  2. Spread chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces) and sliced scallion over the chips. Top with cheese.
  3. Bake until cheese is evenly melted.
  4. Top with salsa and freshly cut avocado just before serving.
  5. Optional: Add cooked, crumbled bacon and drizzle with ranch for a tasty spin on a classic!
