- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Prepare nectarines by cutting in half and removing pits. Brush cut side with olive oil.
- Grill chicken sausages and nectarines until sausages are heated through and nectarines are tender. Set the sausages aside and cover. Slice nectarines and place in a large bowl.
- Toss nectarines with sliced tomatoes, torn basil, and mozzarella. Season to taste with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Serve sausages with the nectarine salad on the side.
