Our weekly Real Meal offers you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is a Salmon Burger with Goat Cheese and Lemon Mayonnaise. Have this perfect Summer meal on your table in just 3 steps!
- Prepare Goat Cheese and Lemon Mayonnaise by combining equal parts crumbled goat cheese and mayonnaise. Add lemon juice, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a grill pan or saute pan over medium-high heat. Dust Wild for Salmon burgers (thawed) with a generous shake of Cajun seasoning on each side. (Use a ready-made Cajun mix, or mix up your own!) Grill until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve burgers on toasted buns, topped with a generous serving of the Goat Cheese Mayo, lettuce, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion.
