Real Meal Tuna Kimberton Whole Foods


  1. Drain tuna and and white beans and place in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with diced red onion, lemon juice, chopped parsley, minced garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, and olive oil, to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve over arugula or other salad greens of your choice. Optional: Serve with your favorite loaf of bread and extra olive oil for drizzling.
