Every week, our Real Meals offer you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is a Tuna and White Bean Salad. Have it on your table in just 3 steps!
- Drain tuna and and white beans and place in a large bowl.
- Toss with diced red onion, lemon juice, chopped parsley, minced garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, and olive oil, to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over arugula or other salad greens of your choice. Optional: Serve with your favorite loaf of bread and extra olive oil for drizzling.
