Apple Ginger Shrub Mocktail Recipe

Try this sweet and seasonal Apple Ginger Shrub Mocktail recipe, made using a locally-produced shrub. Shrubs are a fruity, acidic, and concentrated syrups. Traditionally, they were made in the 17th century to preserve fresh fruit in white vinegar. Shrubs make a great addition to lemonade, iced tea, cocktails, and mocktails!

What You’ll Need

  • Ice
  • Handful of fresh cranberries
  • 1oz Tait Farm ginger shrub
  • 2oz local apple cider
  • 4oz sparkling water, or to taste

Instructions

Fill your glass with ice, and add a handful of fresh cranberries.

Add ginger shrub and apple cider, then top with the sparkling water. Stir gently.

Top glass with a fresh orange slice and enjoy!
