This week’s inspiration is the perfect meal to enjoy on a Summer evening outdoors: Heirloom Tomato Toasts. This meal comes together easily in just 4 steps, and you won’t even have to turn on your oven or stove!
- Slice and toast bread.
- Spread with a generous layer of chevre. (any type will do!)
- Top with sliced heirloom tomatoes, then drizzle with olive oil and local honey, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme leaves.
- Serve alongside a big salad made with fresh greens, tossed with oil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
