Our weekly Real Meal offers you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is a light and flavorful Salmon Salad with Feta and Walnuts. We recommend Wild For Salmon Sockeye fillets. Have it on your table in just 3 steps!
- Season salmon with salt and pepper, to taste. Broil, grill, or sear salmon until cooked through. Set aside.
- Chop lettuce, halve tomatoes, dice cucumber, onion, and bell peppers.
- Toss all ingredients together with Drew’s dressing and add in feta and walnuts last. Toss once more, divide onto serving plates. Top with salmon, and enjoy!
A variety of great flavors. My family loved it. I kicked it up a notch with a lemon – paprika rub.
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon kosher salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* Zest and juice of 1 lemon
* 1 tablespoons olive oil
Mix into a paste and apply to one side before grilling.
