- Season salmon with salt and pepper, to taste. Broil, grill, or sear salmon until cooked through. Set aside.
- Chop lettuce, halve tomatoes, dice cucumber, onion, and bell peppers.
- Toss all ingredients together with Drew’s dressing and add in feta and walnuts last. Toss once more, divide onto serving plates. Top with salmon, and enjoy!
