Each week in 2018 we’ll bring you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is a classic Soup & Salad combo that is light, healthy, and so easy to throw together. You can have it on your table in just 6 steps!
Instructions:
- Heat your favorite Amy’s organic soup in a microwave-safe bowl, or on the stove-top.
- Divide salad greens into serving bowls.
- Slice cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes, scatter over salad greens.
- Drain olives and halve hard-cooked eggs. Place in salad bowls.
- Crumble chevre over salad.
- Shake dressing well and drizzle over salad. Optional: Serve with a toasted crusty roll.
