Real Meals: Thai Almond Noodles

Every week, our Real Meals offer you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is Thai Almond Noodles. You can have it on your table in just 4 steps!

Thai Almond Noodles Kimberton Whole Foods


  1. Prepare Lotus Foods Paid Thai Noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté sliced scallion, julienned bell pepper, and diced zucchini in oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat, until crisp-tender.
  3. Add Yai’s Thai Almond Sauce (use as little or as much as you like) and add cooked noodles to the pan. Stir to warm through.
  4. Season with freshly-squeezed lime juice, to taste. Optional: Add a generous handful of chopped cilantro and/or kick up the heat with Yai’s Thai hot sauce.
