Every week, our Real Meals offer you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is Thai Almond Noodles. You can have it on your table in just 4 steps!
- Prepare Lotus Foods Paid Thai Noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
- Meanwhile, sauté sliced scallion, julienned bell pepper, and diced zucchini in oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat, until crisp-tender.
- Add Yai’s Thai Almond Sauce (use as little or as much as you like) and add cooked noodles to the pan. Stir to warm through.
- Season with freshly-squeezed lime juice, to taste. Optional: Add a generous handful of chopped cilantro and/or kick up the heat with Yai’s Thai hot sauce.
