This week’s inspiration is a lightened-up Turkey Taco Salad, which comes together easily with the help of a Taylor Farms’ chopped salad kit. You can have it on your table in just 4 steps!
- In a large nonstick skillet, cook the ground turkey in a bit of oil, breaking it apart with a spoon, until cooked through. Season with taco seasoning and salt, to taste. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, toss together Taylor Farms Sriracha Ranch Chopped Salad kit. Divide into serving bowls.
- Top each salad bowl with a scoop of black beans (drained), corn (drained), cherry tomatoes (halved), some avocado slices, and some torn, fresh cilantro.
- Top each bowl with a generous serving of the seasoned turkey. Enjoy!
