Real Meal Pasta with Sausage and Broccoli Kimberton Whole Foods


  1. Cook 1lb pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil, then add 1lb sausage (casings removed) and cook, stirring and breaking apart, until no longer pink.
  3. Add 3-4 cloves minced garlic, 1 lb broccoli florets, and about 1 cup of chicken broth. Cover and simmer until broccoli is cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if desired.
  4. Drain the pasta and toss with the sausage and broccoli. Serve topped with shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired.
