Our weekly Real Meal offers you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is a gluten-free and dairy-free Cheeze and Vegetable Soup. You can have it on your table in under 30 minutes!
- In a saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes, 1/2 cup diced carrots, 3 cups water, bouillon (follow package directions), and salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Add 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, 3/4 cup dairy-free milk, and 1 package Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds into the saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook until Cheddar Style Shreds are melted and the broccoli is cooked.
- Serve with Siete grain-free chips on the side, for dipping!
