Chicken Sausages with Nectarines Kimberton Whole Foods


  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare nectarines by cutting in half and removing pits. Brush cut side with olive oil.
  3. Grill chicken sausages and nectarines until sausages are heated through and nectarines are tender. Set the sausages aside and cover. Slice nectarines and place in a large bowl.
  4. Toss nectarines with sliced tomatoes, torn basil, and mozzarella. Season to taste with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Serve sausages with the nectarine salad on the side.
