Baked Brie with Honey and Pine Nuts

What You’ll Need

  • 1 7oz wheel of brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, or roughly chopped pistachios or walnuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Score the top rind of the brie with a knife, in a crosshatch pattern. Place brie on a parchment lined baking sheet, pie plate or casserole dish. Bake for 5–10 minutes, or until soft.

Remove brie from oven and drizzle with honey. Top with cranberries and pine nuts. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
