Salmon Salad Kimberton Whole Foods


  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper, to taste. Broil, grill, or sear salmon until cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Chop lettuce, halve tomatoes, dice cucumber, onion, and bell peppers.
  3. Toss all ingredients together with Drew’s dressing and add in feta and walnuts last. Toss once more, divide onto serving plates. Top with salmon, and enjoy!
