- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepot over medium-high heat. Add 1 onion (chopped) and saute until tender, 5-10 minutes.
- Carefully add 2 cups bone broth and 1 tomato (chopped). Bring to a simmer, then add 3 cups chopped kale. Cook until kale is tender, 3-5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup white beans (drained and rinsed) last and cook until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
