Our weekly Real Meal offers you a healthy dinner idea that you can get on the table quickly, using our favorite organic and all-natural products. This week’s inspiration is a Veggie Burger with The Works! To keep this meal entirely vegan, swap out the Brioche rolls and cheese for egg- and dairy-free options.
- Preheat grill, or heat a griddle pan over medium-high heat, and drizzle with oil. Grill/griddle burgers, following package instructions, until warmed through and crispy on the outside – after flipping, top with cheese to allow it to melt as the second side cooks. (Look for vegan cheese options in our refrigerated section!)
- Meanwhile, toast burger buns.
- To assemble: Top a bun with veggie burger, mustard, ketchup, relish, lettuce, and freshly sliced tomato. Serve with your favorite chips.
