Recipe yields 4 servings.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2 cucumbers, finely diced
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 grapefruit, chopped
- juice of one lime
- handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes, then serve!
