- Heat soup according to package directions.
- Wash, dry, and chop lettuce. Slice lunch meats into thin ribbons or bite-size pieces. Slice cheese, red peppers and pickled vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine lettuce, meats, cheese, peppers, pickled vegetables, and olives in a large bowl. Toss with dressing to lightly coat.
- Serve salad along with soup. Option: serve with crusty Italian bread.
