Real Meals: Breakfast for Dinner

Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner? Try this hearty and satisfying egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich for dinner tonight, prepared on a freshly-baked biscuit.

  1. Prepare biscuits according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, fry up bacon and cook eggs as desired. (We prefer scrambled or over-easy.)
  3. To assemble sandwiches, split a hot biscuit and top with some spinach, hot eggs, and crispy bacon. Top with some freshly grated cheese and finish with the second half of the biscuit.
  4. Serve with your favorite decaf coffee or tea and enjoy!
