  1. Combine 8oz softened cream cheese with 4 tbsp butter and ½ cup pure maple syrup in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, until blended. Thin with a bit of warm water, if needed, so that it is drizzling-consistency. Set aside.
  2. Prepare pancakes according to package directions, adding 1 cup roughly chopped blackberries to the batter. Cook according to package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, heat breakfast sausages in a skillet over medium-high heat, until cooked through and browned.
  4. Serve pancakes with cream cheese topping and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Serve alongside breakfast sausage. (Balance out this meal with a yummy green smoothie, if you like!)
