- Add 4 cups salad greens to a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup cut asparagus (steamed until tender, cooled), 1 avocado (sliced), 1 cucumber (sliced), 1 1/2 cups strawberries (sliced), and 2 chicken breasts (cooked, sliced crosswise), and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup toasted walnuts and drizzle with your favorite dressing. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
