Turkey Roasting Instructions

  • Remove your fresh turkey out of refrigeration; bring to room temperature no longer than 1 hour.
  • Season your turkey with salt and pepper, dried herbs, or use a butter rub under the skin.
  • You may choose to roast your turkey at a lower temp for longer time or higher temp for shorter time.
  • Using an internal thermometer is the safest way to determine if your turkey is done.
  • According to the USDA a turkey must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • In a 325 degree F oven, plan on about 15 minutes per pound for an un-stuffed bird. For stuffed turkeys, add another 15 minutes to the total cook time.
  • After removing from the oven, allow your turkey to rest at least 20 minutes before carving.

  • This uncured ham is fully cooked. Thaw before heating.
  • To heat, place in baking pan, spread glaze mixture over the uncured ham and cover with foil.
  • Bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes per pound, or until meat thermometer at center reaches 135°F. Do not overcook.
