Butternut Squash Soupย Pour soup into a pot or saucepan and reheat on a stovetop at medium-low heat, until heated to 165ยฐ. Addย waterย a tablespoon at a time if soup thickens after being refrigerated.ย ย ย
Green Beans Almondineย Heat 2-3 tsp of oil over medium-high heat in a large sautรฉ pan. Add green beans and stir occasionally for 3-5 minutes, or untilย steaming-hot. (If you choose to omit oil, heat the beans in 2-3 tbsp water and cook until water has evaporated.)ย ย ย
Traditional Stuffingย Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Remove from original package before heating. Cover with foil and heat for 25-35 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the center reads 165ยฐFย ย ย
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoesย Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Remove from original package before heating. Cover with foil and heat for 30-40 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the center reads 165ยฐF.ย
Eggplant Parmesan Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.ย Remove from original package before heating.ย Heat for 20 minutes then remove foil, and return to oven for anย additionalย 5 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the center reads 165ยฐF.
Single-Serving Mealsย Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Remove plastic lid from container and remove small cups of saucesย containingย cranberry sauce,ย graviesย or pineapple compote. For turkey and vegan meals, pour gravy over turkey or plant-based turkey cutlet. For ham meals, pour pineapple compote over ham. Place container on a sheet tray and heat for 15 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the center reads 165ยฐF. Serve turkey and vegan meals with cranberry sauce.
Turkey Roasting Instructions
- Remove your fresh turkey out of refrigeration; bring to room temperature no longer than 1 hour.
- Season your turkey with salt and pepper, dried herbs, or use a butter rub under the skin.
- You may choose to roast your turkey at a lower temp for longer time or higher temp for shorter time.
- Using an internal thermometer is the safest way to determine if your turkey is done.
- According to the USDA a turkey must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165ยฐF.
- In a 325 degree F oven, plan on about 15 minutes per pound for an un-stuffed bird. For stuffed turkeys, add another 15 minutes to the total cook time.
- After removing from the oven, allow your turkey to rest at least 20 minutes before carving.
Ham Reheating Instructions
- This uncured ham is fully cooked. Thaw before heating.
- To heat, place in baking pan, spread glaze mixture over the uncured ham and cover with foil.
- Bake at 325ยฐF for 10-12 minutes per pound, or until meat thermometer at center reaches 135ยฐF. Do not overcook.
Ribeye & Strip Loin Roast Cooking Instructions
- Warm roast to room temperature.
- Heat oven to 250ยฐF. Heat a large oven-proof skillet over high heat until hot.
- Add a thin film of oil. Brown room temperature roast on all sides in the hot pan. Remove from heat.
- Season roast with salt and pepper, or your favorite rub.
- Roast uncovered in the open skillet in oven until internal temperature reaches 130ยฐF (about 15 minutes per pound, for medium rare).
- Remove from oven and rest the beef on a cutting board 20 minutes covered loosely in foil. The internal temperature will continue to rise to 135ยฐF.
- When temperature begins to decrease it is ready to serve.
- Slice crosswise into 1/3-inch thick slices to serve.
